Statement of Strategy
In keeping with the strategy for ministry modeled by our Lord Jesus Christ, we will…
1. Lead toward MEMBERSHIP by continually communicating the good news concerning the Lord Jesus Christ to the end that God may bring many to be Christ’s disciples by turning their hearts to Him as Lord and Savior.
2. Build toward MATURITY by establishing disciples in the basic beliefs and behaviors of the Christian life.
3. Equip toward MINISTRY by developing and deploying skilled laborers and leaders in fruitful ministry -- helping each disciple discover his/her giftedness and calling, so that each may serve God with effectiveness and joy.
4. Launch toward MISSIONS by cultivating in the heart of each disciple an ever-increasing passion to see God glorified among all peoples through world-wide, cross-cultural missions.
In every aspect of our STRATEGY we will endeavor to enable every disciple to run well in the spiritual race and finish strong for the glory of God.
“And we proclaim Him, admonishing every man and teaching every man with all wisdom, that we may present every man complete in Christ. And for this purpose also (we) labor…” Colossians 1:28-29
